Kenezakia Houses
Kenezakia Houses are two maisonettes in Agrelopo, Lagkada, overlooking the bay, Oinousses and the Asia Minor coast. Their story, written by the owners themselves, begins in 1889: the stone house of great-great-grandfather Kostantis “Kenezos” Pappas, its white stones carried from Phocaea on the family caique “Agioi Viktores” — brought back to life in 2022 by his great-great-granddaughter Dimitra Pappa and Alexandros Vavoulis.
The website gives each of the two houses — the traditional stone maisonette and the modern one — a page of its own, and Lagkada a page of its own too, in Greek and in English.
Booking is completed online: we handled the integration with the booking engine — availability, dates, guests — along with guest accounts and the booking and cancellation policies.
Premium Comfort With Great Care to Detail
The distinctive part of the work is the **KenezakiaApp**: an application we developed especially for the property, where guests state their preferences and receive personalised suggestions for local events and activities in Chios.
And the starting point stays visible: the story page sets the “before” and the “after” of the house side by side — the old photographs and its present form, at a glance.
